Introduction

ASALJURU ENGINEERING SDN.BHD (AESB) is a Bumiputra company and an extension company of Asaljuru Construction Sdn Bhd (ACSB) and was incorporated on 19th August 2021. Asaljuru Construction Sdn Bhd has been part of consortium used as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of the Redevelopment and Extension of Hospital Umum Sarawak Project. The project has been implemented on a Build, Lease, Operate, Maintain and Transfer (BLOMT) Contract. The Concession duration is 20 years. For such purpose, Asaljuru Construction Sdn Bhd will solely concentrate in this concession venture and will not participate in any other business dealing of the company. Whilst, ASALJURU ENGINEERING SDN.BHD has been established as an extension of Asaljuru Construction Sdn Bhd to continue its core business.

The core business of the company is in construction industry. The company provides Design and Build contract as well as participating in open tenders. Since its inception, the company has successfully implemented numerous buildings and infrastructure projects that are offered by government agencies and private sector.

The company has support from established and respected suppliers of building materials and machineries that are willing to extend credit facilities according to the needs of the project. The company continues to prosper and move smoothly. Our purpose is to create high income to our employees & shareholder and to improve standard living of the community
